Interview process was fairly laid back and friendly. Working with virtuance was an amazing experience. I don t think a contract photographer will get rich working here but it s a good gig. The process took 2 weeks.

There was a restructuring that happened in the fall of 2019 and due to changes in leadership the culture drastically shifted and seems to be on a downward turn. Virtuance in colorado at least is terrific. Based in denver virtuance was founded in 2010 and is one of the fastest growing real estate photography companies in the world.

I applied through a recruiter. Quarterly photographer meetings lacked audio and video quality. Honestly i didn t want to leave but another opportunity had presented itself that i had to take. 3 reviews of virtuance people are so weird.

They ve taken outstanding pictures of our house in parker and we got full price almost immediately. Take home technical coding challenge followed by one on one technical interview in person. At least find the right branch to trash if you re going to bother to post a negative review. I grew a lot as a photographer had a lot of amazing experiences was able to develop my skills and portfolio and worked with some incredible people.

Throughout my year and a half at virtuance i unfortunately noticed a severe change in the company for the worse. One of the negative reviews is from las vegas. Then finally an interview to determine cultural fit. 2 likes while we continue to operate in all service areas during the coronavirus pandemic we have taken tremendous precautions to protect our team our clients and our community.

Made it difficult for those of us who work remotely from denver to gain much from the meetings. The company touts that the door is always open to speak with upper level management and that the company welcomes feedback but not once have i seen anyone at virtuance utilize that benefit. I know it s a national brand but this is denver lady. The pay scale was ok for me since i was semi retired and just looking for some extra pay.
