In this short video i not only swap over a vw t4 sliding door but i also cover how you can adjust the alignment of your sliding door if it does not line up f. Recently purchased a 77 vw bus. This will rotate the rollers at the base and align them with the cutout in the lower track. 1968 vw bay.

It came with sliding door issues and now they are my issues. Open the door and get out your can of pb b laster and spray it down the pivot at the door end of the u. 1975 vw bay. First slide the door all the way back until it hits the rubber stops.
